Terms of Participation

• I hereby give my consent to participate in the competition and confirm that I am familiar with the terms and rules of participation, as well as with any medical contraindications. If the Organizer/Operator requests supporting documents, I agree to provide them.
• I confirm that my physical condition and fitness meet the requirements presented to competition participants.
• I confirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances.
• I knowingly and voluntarily assume responsibility for all risks, both known and unknown, and take full responsibility for my participation in the competition.
• If during my presence or participation in the competition I identify any unusual significant threat, including a threat to my health, I agree to stop my participation and immediately inform a representative of the Organizer/Operator or any other responsible person available nearby.
• I confirm my voluntary decision to participate in the competition and accept full responsibility for all actions (or inactions) performed by me within the scope of the event.
• I hereby give my consent to the Organizer/Operator for photo and video recording, storage of data regarding my results and all measurements taken during the competition, as well as the use of my photographs, silhouette images, and other materials that reproduce my appearance for analytical purposes, as well as for use on all types of informational media, including social networks, without territorial restrictions and for non-commercial purposes. This consent is given by me free of charge, and I hereby waive any right to claim compensation for the use of images featuring my participation.
